The only aircraft that can be labeled the current Aircraft Development / Rank Picker project from the live official description on September 2, 2026 is the A220-300. Other aircraft names appear in dedicated community pages, older cached descriptions, or historical notes. They are useful clues, but they do not produce a complete, precisely dated project list.
This index keeps “current project,” “historically documented,” and “released in PTFS” as separate fields. A project can appear in the development place without a confirmed release, and an aircraft in PTFS does not prove that every part of it was publicly shown here.
Currently documented aircraft index
The list is intentionally small. Pilot Training Club has a much broader PTFS aircraft catalog, but copying that catalog would answer a different question. This page includes only entries with a specific link to the development place or its public project labels.
How to use each status
“Official current project” means the live creator-controlled description named the aircraft on the check date. It is the best answer to “what is being developed now,” but it can change without preserving the old text.
“Older community current-project signal” means a dedicated community page at some point presented that aircraft as current. Community pages can be edited after the fact, and search caches can persist, so the label should not be given an exact start or end date without a dated snapshot.
“Archived or cached project signal” means a public result preserved an older name but did not provide a complete development record. It can support inclusion in a cautious history, not a precise chronological claim.
“Temporary scene item” is not the same as a development project. The community A340 anecdote is included because it helps players understand that an aircraft-shaped object can appear in the workspace without representing the current planned release.
Verify an aircraft during your visit
Read the live description first. Then enter Place 447213146 and locate the main model or project sign. Use Shift + P on desktop or the upper-left camera icon on mobile. Take a wide view that shows the model and its surrounding development area.
Look for a visible aircraft label, creator message, or clear relationship between staged pieces and the main model. If a second airframe is off to the side, do not automatically add it as another active project. It may be a reference, test, old version, or temporary prop.
Record the date and server. If the live description and visible model disagree, report both rather than choosing the more exciting one. The description may have changed before all servers updated, or the scene may be loading incompletely.
Do not confuse the list with PTFS availability
The development place offers previews of aircraft work. PTFS availability is a different status that should be checked in the current flight simulator, its official update posts, or another creator-controlled source. A development entry is not a purchase recommendation and should not be linked to a gamepass unless the creator makes that connection.
Public gamepass data for this Universe contains names associated with PTFS, but those listings do not prove functionality in Aircraft Development / Rank Picker. They also do not establish how the A220-300 will be distributed. Keep gamepass, development, and flight-simulator release evidence separate.
Add a new entry responsibly
A useful new entry needs the aircraft name, evidence type, observation or publication date, source location, what status the source actually claims, and whether PTFS availability was separately confirmed. If one of those fields is unknown, leave it unset.
Prefer a live creator description or verified group announcement. A clear in-game sign and dated screenshot can support an observed status. A community page can support a community-documented entry when it is directly about this place. A generic search snippet or unlabeled screenshot is too weak to establish an aircraft identity by itself.
Do not add spelling variants as separate aircraft. Do not split a remodel and base aircraft unless the source treats the remodel as a distinct project. Do not fill missing dates by ordering search results or guessing from PTFS release order.
